The Goal: Create the ultimate sniper.
Known more for his long range attacks than his knuckle sammiches, the Melter’s force blast keeps opponents from getting up close and personal. Once you get some distance between you and an unfriendly, open up with your melting ray (ranged combat expert) and, if things get desperate, adjust the setting for the high focus beam (psychic blast).
The Melter’s box power allows him to ignore that pesky “line of sight” rule: just pick a direction, roll two dice and everything—even targets behind targets behind targets—will be able to say they’ve “felt the melt.”
